Starbucks closes for 3 hours

Starbucks closed the doors at its 7,100 stores across America for a brief barista re-education.

CEO Howard Schultz announced the three-hour closure starting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday to energize 135,000 employees.

Wow...can you imagine all of the money that was lost by closing for 3 hours. However, Schultz understood the importance of stopping everything to get it right. What do you need to stop doing and spend time with God? Could you put Him as your top priority and and get energized by being with the creator of the universe. If it was important enough for startbucks to stop and get refocused on what is really important...shouldn't we slow down and realize what is really important?

Seriously>> the lesson learned from this "routine" maintainence on steroids that Starbucks pulled will pay off in a huge way....KB you bring up a great point...if 135000+ employees can stop working to relearn how to do their job, what would happen if we gave God 30 minutes?? Kind of a slap in the face if I am honest..
