Thanks to Kyle for explaining the salt of the earth stuff. I read this on Friday night and didn't really get it; instead, I focused on the part I did get "lettin my light shine".
I have to admit, I haven't been feelin very shiny lately. I'm in prayer alot and have been given grace to live through each day. When I go to bed, I feel sad, but I know God will give me the strength to get up in the morning and start again. All in season, I know this too will pass; and, I know I will feel shiny again soon; all in season.
So, thanks Kyle, especially as a foodie, I was really able to follow your "we are the seasoning in our community" idea.
